Friday Drink Drop: Scotch Royale

Want to have a nice scotch without all the bite. Well here you go.

Scotch Royale

Ingredients:

• 1 Cube Sugar
• 1½ oz Scotch
• 1 Dash Bitters
• Chilled Champagne

Place the sugar cube in champagne flute. Add the scotch and bitters, top with champagne.
